Are Rhino Society products sold at any other retailers?

Official Rhino Society by Spearmint Rhino merchandise is sold exclusively online at RhinoSociety.co. There are no other retail stores or online stores that stock Rhino Society by Spearmint Rhino official merchandise.

Can I shop in other currencies other than USD?

All product prices listed are in USD.

We aim to respond to all e-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during and immediately after launches or during holidays.

Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

All items will be processed in 3-8 business days, not including weekends. After that, standard delivery time within the United States is 3-6 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays these times may vary. 

Orders can be tracked from a tracking number that will be provided in an email to you when the product ships. Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.

What method is used for shipping?

The Rhino Society shop ships within the U.S. via USPS, FedEx, and via direct relationships with some mail carriers.

What happens if my address is incorrect?

We have put a special reminder at checkout to help customers stop and make sure they are entering their information correctly, given the issues it causes. Unfortunately, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item.

Please be careful and double-check that you've added the correct address. If your shipping address is in the US, to make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code, please use this USPS ZIP code lookup.

What if my item is missing?

In the unlikely event that a package doesn't arrive or a package arrives, and a product from the order is missing, we will only send a replacement(s) for the missing product(s) if the customer contacts us via email within 14 days of the package being marked as delivered. Please contact us immediately through customercare@rhinosociety.co as soon as possible.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 2 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at customercare@rhinosociety.co with your inquiry or send us a message through the contact page here.

Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final. 

However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, our team will look into the order. Please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.
